Our story
Built on values, licensed by the state, proven house by house
JM All-Pro Services was built on the values Jonathan Bonilla learned growing up in a hardworking Hispanic family: honesty, hard work, and treating every home like it’s your own. Those aren’t slogans on a wall for us — they’re the reason a two-person crew from Clinton has a five-star record across three independent review platforms.
When Jonathan came to Massachusetts, he didn’t start with a marketing budget. He started in the trades, learning the craft hands-on — framing, tile, finish carpentry, the unglamorous work that decides whether a renovation lasts. Then he did the thing most tradespeople never do: he sat for the state exam on the Massachusetts building code and earned his Construction Supervisor License, and registered the company as a Home Improvement Contractor. That combination — hands that know the work and a license that answers for it — is the foundation everything else stands on.
Today JM All-Pro is a full-service remodeling company trusted across Worcester County and MetroWest: bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, additions and ADUs, painting, flooring, and the long list of small repairs that keep a home working. We stayed small on purpose. Small means the license holder is on your job, decisions get made in minutes instead of days, and nobody has to translate your wishes through three layers of company.
It also means we can serve our neighbors in two languages. Jonathan built the company to work with homeowners in English and Spanish — because trust is hard enough to build in your first language, and nobody should have to negotiate their biggest investment in their second.

Every contractor says “licensed and insured.” Almost none explain what that means or show you the paper. Here’s both.
CSL #121166 — Construction Supervisor License
Earned by passing the state’s exam on the Massachusetts building code, and legally required to supervise structural work — framing, additions, decks, load-bearing changes. The person holding this license is the person on your job.
HIC #214808 — Home Improvement Contractor
Our state registration as a home improvement contractor. It connects your project to Massachusetts consumer protections — including the state’s Guaranty Fund — that simply don’t exist when you hire an unregistered contractor.
Certificate of Insurance
Current liability coverage you can open and read before we set foot on your property. Many town building departments require it with the permit application — we hand it over before you ask.
Radical transparency
We publish our prices. Ask other contractors why they don’t.
Most contractors treat pricing like a state secret — you can’t see a number until you’ve sat through a sales visit. We think that’s backwards. You’re planning the biggest investment in your home; you deserve to know what things actually cost in this market before anyone rings your doorbell.
So we publish detailed cost guides with real Worcester County ranges, based on projects we’ve completed here — not national averages, not calculator estimates. What a kitchen runs at each tier. What an addition or ADU really involves, septic and all. What painting and decks cost and why. When you call us, you’ll already know the honest range, and our written estimate has to live up to the numbers we published in public. That’s accountability you can hold in your hand.

We hired JM All Pro Services for a complete bathroom renovation in Randolph. The workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail really stood out. Jonathan answered all our questions, and Elvis made sure everything was done right. Very happy with the outcome.
Framingham homeowner. We did a bathroom remodeling project on our master bath, which was builder grade from like 1985 and looked it. Beige everywhere. They gutted it down to studs, redid the plumbing rough-in for a new shower layout, did beautiful tile installation on the shower walls and floor, installed a double vanity, and handled all the trim work around the new door. The lead guy was younger than I expected and honestly I had a moment of doubt but the work speaks for itself.

Who actually shows up to do the work on my project?
Jonathan and Elvis, the same two people you will read about in our reviews. Jonathan runs the estimates, the planning, and the communication, and he works the job alongside Elvis, who leads the hands-on craftsmanship. For licensed trades like plumbing and electrical we bring in professionals we have worked with repeatedly, and we coordinate them so you never have to. You will not meet a salesperson at the estimate and then never see them again.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Jonathan holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, CSL 121166, which is earned by passing the state exam on the Massachusetts building code and is legally required to supervise structural work. The company is also a registered Home Improvement Contractor, HIC 214808, which connects your project to state consumer protections, including the Guaranty Fund. If a project needs a specialist we do not carry, we will tell you that at the estimate instead of learning it on your dime.
Do you really publish your prices?
Yes. We publish detailed local cost guides for kitchens, home additions, interior painting, and decks, with real Worcester County ranges based on projects we have completed, not national averages. We would rather you walk into an estimate already knowing what things cost. You can find every guide in the Resources section of this site.
How does an estimate work?
You call or send the quote form, we schedule a free on site visit, we walk the project with you and talk through what is realistic for your budget, and we follow up with a written estimate. No pressure and no obligation. If we are not the right fit for the job, we will say so.
