Ways to Finance Your Project
Mass Save® HEAT Loan
Massachusetts homeowners have a state-backed option most of the country doesn’t: the Mass Save HEAT Loan offers 0% interest financing up to $25,000 (7-year terms) for qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades — insulation, air sealing, high-efficiency heating & cooling, windows, and water heaters. If your remodel includes these, ask us whether it qualifies.
Home Equity Loan / HELOC
If you have equity in your home, a home equity loan or line of credit usually offers the lowest rates for bigger renovations like kitchens, additions, and whole-home remodels. Your bank or credit union can set this up.
Home Improvement Loans
Unsecured personal or home-improvement loans are fast, don’t require home equity, and fund a wide range of projects. Rates depend on credit, and funds are typically available quickly.
Cash, Check & Card
For smaller repairs and updates, we accept cash, check, and card. A phased approach also lets you spread a larger project into stages that fit your cash flow.

Financing FAQ
Do you offer financing directly?
We are a remodeling contractor, not a lender, so financing comes through banks, credit unions, or programs like the Mass Save HEAT Loan. We’re glad to explain the common options and structure your estimate and project timeline so they work with the financing you choose.
What is the Mass Save HEAT Loan?
It’s a Massachusetts program offering 0% interest financing (up to $25,000, 7-year terms) for qualifying energy-efficiency improvements such as insulation, air sealing, high-efficiency heating and cooling, windows, and water heaters. If your remodel includes eligible upgrades, it can be one of the most affordable ways to pay. Ask us and we’ll help you understand whether your project qualifies.
What’s the best way to pay for a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
For larger remodels, most homeowners use a home equity loan or HELOC (lowest rates if you have equity) or a home-improvement loan (no equity required). For smaller updates, cash or card is common. We’ll give you a clear written estimate so you know exactly what to budget for.
Can I phase my project to spread out the cost?
Often, yes. Many projects can be broken into logical phases — for example, tackling the primary bathroom first, then the kitchen later. We’ll help you prioritize so each stage delivers value while fitting your budget.
Are your estimates free?
Yes. We provide a free, no-obligation in-home estimate with a clear written quote — labor, materials, and scope — so there are no surprises before any work begins.
